Your data is only yours
Every trip, document, wallet item and journal entry is locked to your account by database access rules. Other users can't read it — and that's tested automatically.
Private files
Photos, videos and documents are stored in private storage. They're shown to you through short-lived links, never public web addresses.
Secure sign-in
Sign in with email and password or Google. Passwords are never stored in plain text, and you can reset yours at any time.
Payments by Stripe
Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout. TravelOS never sees or stores your full card number.
Admin actions are logged
Changes to roles and sensitive records are written to an audit log, so every change can be traced.
No spam
We only email you reminders you turned on in your settings, and every email can be switched off.
