By creating an account, signing in or using any part of TravelOS, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified inside the app or by email.

TravelOS is an AI-assisted travel planning and management tool. It is not a travel agency, airline, hotel, insurer, bank, financial adviser or legal adviser. We do not issue tickets, process visas, hold money on your behalf or guarantee the accuracy of third-party information.

You remain responsible for verifying all travel arrangements, entry requirements, prices and bookings with the relevant official or service provider before acting on any suggestion from TravelOS.

To use TravelOS you must:

• Be at least 13 years old.
• Provide accurate information when you sign up.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Not impersonate another person or use the service for unlawful purposes.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to access another user’s data.

TravelOS offers early-access passes and subscription plans. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or banking credentials. All billing, refunds and disputes are handled subject to Stripe’s terms and our in-app policies.

Prices shown in the app are estimates unless explicitly confirmed as a charged transaction. Currency conversions use live or cached exchange rates and may differ from the rate your bank applies.

Itineraries, destination summaries, booking parses, budget forecasts and other AI outputs are generated to help you plan. They are not professional travel, legal, medical or financial advice.

Always double-check AI-generated information — especially prices, visa rules, opening hours, safety warnings and health requirements — with official sources before you travel.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, fraudulent, hateful or harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass security, access other users’ accounts, or scrape the platform.
• Overload the service with automated requests or spam.
• Use TravelOS to mislead, defraud or harass anyone.

Violation may result in immediate suspension, termination and, where appropriate, legal action.

The TravelOS name, logo, design, code and content are owned by A’Soul TravelOS. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or reuse them without permission.

Content you create inside TravelOS — trip names, notes, uploaded documents — belongs to you. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, display and process that content on your behalf.

You may stop using TravelOS or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service.

Deleting your account will remove your profile, trips, documents, AI history, settings and wallet data from active systems in accordance with our data-retention practices and legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A’Soul TravelOS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Missed flights, denied boarding, visa rejections or entry refusals.
• Booking errors, incorrect prices or availability displayed by AI or integrations.
• Lost documents, financial losses, theft, injury or any event occurring during travel.
• Service outages, data loss or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

Your use of TravelOS is at your own risk. We provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of United Arab Emirates.

We may change these Terms as TravelOS grows. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
